4. Payment & Cancellation
Project deposits and payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the timing and work completed. Specific terms are detailed in each client's service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
DuPont Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
